The following are options to working with Julianne:
Full Service Representation (Full Service Attorney Client Relationship):
In this service level while Julianne always expects her clients to provide items timely and not need to follow up excessively, this level offers the option for the Client to allow her to handle the preparation of their filing from start to finish assured her clients have an experienced attorney at their sides.
This level of service includes the following, keep in mind all filings have different things included with them but this is provided as general guidance as some matters won’t need all of these, and others will need different things:
- Attorney prepares all forms based on Client Electronic Intake in Docketwise;
- Evidence Call with Personalized Evidence List created;
- Review of all Evidence Client uploads into Attorney’s platform Docketwise;
- Preparation of Petitioner Affidavit based on information and initial draft by/from Petitioner with collaborative effort to fine-tune it with several reviews as needed (applicable to Spouse & Fiancé);
- Review/suggest improvements of Witness/Friend/Family Affidavits (will provide a template for use as a starting point I applicable to Spouse & Fiancé);
- Template provided for photos with review of photos/correction as needed (applicable to Spouse & Fiancé);
- Detailed Cover Letter (as appropriate);
- Mailed Applications/Petitions include Printing and preparing “full package” to mail USCIS with preferred USCIS formatting;
- Electronic Filing includes formatting of all evidence and upload to USCIS portal;
- Uploading of all submitted documents/evidence into Docketwise portal for Client records;
- Responses to all Requests for Evidence; and
- Ongoing support during the entire process via Email, WhatsApp, and short scheduled calls to address any questions or concerns.
Julianne will be with you every step of the way through your immigration journey available to answer all your questions, address your concerns, and be sure to help make this process as easy as humanly possible.
Forms Plus Representation (Limited Representation Attorney Client Relationship):
In this service level Julianne is here to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have prior to filing, to help you determine eligibility and the appropriate path to take in your Consultation, and then will help you make filing easier than going at it alone, with support within reach while giving you the blueprint for a successful filing.
This level of service includes the following, keep in mind all filings have different things included with them but this is provided as general guidance as some matters won’t need all of these, and others will need different things:
- Attorney prepares all forms based on Client Electronic Intake in Docketwise;
- Evidence Call with Personalized Evidence List created and uploaded to Attorney’s Docketwise platform;
- Templates provided for Witness/Friend/Family Affidavits (applicable to Spouse & Fiancé); and
- Upload of all prepared forms for download/print by client, and general filing directions/tips.
Attorney representation ends at the form preparation and provision of an Evidence List with general filing directions/tips, attorney does not review any evidence or answer any questions unrelated to forms after the Consultation with this package. With the Forms Plus Representation Julianne has a lot of options to add a la carte services such as short telephone calls and/or additional consultations, as well as form/application printing and mailing for Client signature. This allows you to tailor the assistance you want to meet your needs only paying for the services you want and eliminating the need to pay for services you do not want!
Not all areas of law will best be served by this type of representation, and Julianne will let you know if your case is not best served in this manner.,
DIY Courses (No Attorney Client Representation Agreement):
Currently Julianne has an N-400 course available for those who want to do it entirely on their own, but with some guidance. Julianne will be releasing more courses over the coming months.
Purchase of a Course from Julianne will afford you the opportunity to hire Julianne for a la carte services, reduced consultation fees, and participation in group Zoom calls offered once a month to have your questions answered during.
